Alert......
Just wanted to let everyone know some people are getting official looking mail from Conveyance Transfer Services in Washington DC asking them to send in $85 for a copy of their deed. Just want to make sure that everyone knows that you do not have to purchase a copy of your deed. Please if you every get anything regarding your home that you are unsure of please call whom ever is your Real Estate professional and ask them.
